I work with founders, executives, and boards when direction becomes the risk.

These are moments where teams are capable, work is moving, and results still feel uncertain. Not because of effort, but because the decisions at the top of the system are unclear. Progress exists, but confidence does not.

I operate at the decision layer, helping leadership make clean and defensible calls that reset direction and unblock execution. These decisions shape what happens next.
